Solution
We consolidated all their data in Google Big Query, this included Google Analytics, Digital Ads data from Google, Meta, used SharePoint to manage campaign data to tie it all together, then built a Power BI dashboard for each region.
Result
The client was able to see Spend, Conversion, ROAS and ROI by Campaign, Market, and Destination across all their channels in one set of Power BI reports.
